OnRobot's 2FG7 is a complete, cost-effective, rapid deployment, electric parallel gripper solution that is operational in minutes and completely eliminates complex installation, tedious programming and intensive maintenance. The 2FG7 can be used on virtually any standard collaborative or light industrial robot, making it ideally suited for mixed and low-volume production. Customers benefit from a quick return on investment in many applications.

OnRObot's 2FG7 2-finger parallel gripper is ideal for gripping in confined environments as well as challenging objects, whether inside or outside grip. This easy-to-program, collaborative parallel gripper is equipped with everything you need for rapid deployment in the most diverse work environments. With a maximum payload of 11 kg, an external gripper reach of up to 73 mm and a gripping force of 20 N to 140 N, the 2FG7 is versatile even for heavy and bulky workpieces.

Advantages and features of the 2FG7

The 2FG7 is smaller and stronger than finger grippers, allowing it to be used for applications with limited space. With a maximum payload of 11 kg (24.3 lb), an external gripper reach of up to 73 mm (2.87 in) and a gripping force of 20 N to 140 N, the 2FG7 is versatile even for heavy and bulky workpieces. With an IP67 rating for harsh environments and ISO Class 5 certification for use in cleanrooms, the 2FG7 can be used almost anywhere you need it.

Unlike complex and expensive pneumatic grippers, the electric 2FG7 is effortlessly programmable via an intuitive software interface, allowing you to easily make precise force, speed and stroke adjustments. Intelligent feedback, grip detection and grip loss detection for optimized manufacturing. Just like other products in the OnRobot family, the 2FG7 is straightforward, all-electric and completely eliminates the need for complicated, costly compressed air systems.

Seamless integration with the robot of your choice. For example, Universal Robots, Nachi, Doosan, Yaskawa, TM Robot, Kawasaki, ABB, Kuka, Hanwha, Fanuc.

Due to its flexibility and relatively large gripping force, the 2 finger gripper is suitable for various applications, such as CNC machine tending. Another possible application would be the assembly as well as the area of packaging and palletizing.
